"Why Am I Like This?" Men's Transformation Group
Facilitated by Kyle Campbell, a certified brain health coach, this mental health-focused processing group will use the book Why Am I Like This? to create a safe environment for men to unpack the narratives that may be getting in the way of their spiritual and personal goals. While the Bible will be used as an integral resource, the group will also use prompts from the book and candid conversation to develop emotional literacy and drill down to the core issues that affect attendees' daily lives.
This is not therapy, but it is a first step toward clarity, healing, and transformation. Deeply rooted in Biblical principles, this group is for men who are ready to break barriers and rebuild a stronger connection with God.
